Team fees are $175 if paid by September 6th. After September 6th and if room is available, fee is $200. Rosters must be finalized by the second week of play. Please turn in your registration fee and roster to the Community Education Office as soon as possible. Please use the form below or stop by or call the Community Ed Office to pick up a blank roster form and rules if you did not receive them and would like to start a new team.
