Kickstart your fermentation journey with this fundamentals class. Learn how to effectively ferment a wide variety of ingredients, allowing you to enhance the nutrition and preserve your garden bounty for months to come. We will explore vegetable fermentation, kombucha, jun, kefir and more! Then, get your hands ready to make your own sauerkraut. Take home everything you need to get started fermenting at home including a quart jar with a glass weight and a “Pickle Pipe” airlock. A variety of fermented snacks will also be available to get you inspired! Price includes all the food and the equipment each person would take home with them that night.
