Description:
Resiliency, the ability to respond constructively to challenges, is based on stress
management skills including effective use of (1) stress related knowledge, (2) relevant
professional services, and (3) healthful materials resources. This class will explore
authentic published sources of knowledge about various therapeutic technologies and
commonly available therapeutic resources for personal, home and family use.
11-17 year olds welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or adult
