Description:
This class is for dancers that are interested in competitive dance teams, specifically high precision kick & jazz. Dancers will learn the proper way to stretch (how and why to do things correctly). They will be introduced to strength training exercises, and will get specific instruction on ways to improve in the following areas: kicks, turns, leaps and flexibility holds. Dancers will be introduced to choreography creation. Dancers should wear workout clothes & must have tennis shoes or dance shoes.
