Jump Start to 5th Grade! is designed for students entering 5th grade in the 2019-2020 school year. Jump Start to 5th Grade! focuses on the transition from the Elementary School to the Middle School. Social skills, reading, math activities and community based activities are used to help children feel at ease with Middle School.
