ETS will be run in phases as outdoor and indoor facilities become available.   

Phase I:  virtually strength and speed training/nutrition guidelines provided through the ETS APP.  Programming begins Wednesday, June 10. 

Phase II:  in-person outdoor strength and speed training on turf.  Pods of 9 or less students, with no more than four pods at each training session.  Workouts will take place Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

Phase II starting date June 22nd.  Phase II for ETS =  Stage I Protocol for Outdoor Facilities -- Please read in full and follow all guidelines.  Each participant is required to complete a waiver prior to their first workout.

Phase III:  in-person indoor and outdoor strength and speed training.  Pods of 9 or less students remain.  There will be two indoor weight rooms, one in the HS weight room, one in the wrestling room.  Two pods will train outdoor, two pods will train outdoors.  Each participant will sanitize equipment used after each exercise.  Rooms will be fully sanitized daily.  Phase III will not start prior to July 6. 

High School students choose 7:00am, 9:00am  or 11am starting time for Phase II and III.  Max of 36 students per time slot.  Pods will be determined at the start of Phase II.  Initial registration is $50.00, with additional fees charged dependent on the start of Phase II and III.  Total fees not to exceed $125. 

• Middle School students choose 1:00pm or 2:30pm session.  Max of 36 students per time slot.  Pods will be determined at the start of Phase II.  Initial registration is $35, with additional fees charged dependent on the start of Phase II and III.  Total fees not to exceed $70. 

• More detailed guidelines regarding screening, drop-off, and other protocol will be distributed prior to the start of each phase. 

• Students registering after June 9 will be subject to all fees.
