Description:
This class is for dancers that are interested in competitive dance. Dancers will learn the proper way to stretch (how and why to do things correctly.) They will be introduced to strength training exercises, ballet technique and will get specific instruction on way to execute: turns, leaps, flexibility holds and combinations. Dancers should wear workout clothes and must have tennis shoes (dance shoes preferred).
