Description:
This camp is for anyone completing grade 8-11th who are interested in competitive dance. Dancers will learn proper technique to execute jazz and kick combinations. The camp will include strength training, endurance, and flexibility exercises with specific instruction on ways to execute: turns, leaps, flexibility holds, kick technique and combinations. Dancers should wear workout clothes (leggings or shorts) and dance shoes are required. Dancers should bring a bottle of water, have their hair up, and bring tennis shoes for some of the exercises.
