Join us to learn the basic gymnastic techniques. Former NL-S gymnast/Assistant Coach Mya Rohman will introduce campers to the gymnastic equipment and various skills. You will have the opportunity to work on the balance beam, bars, vault, tumbling and more.
- Health screening should be performed at home prior to attending activities
- Do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to class
- Bring your own water bottle
- Please use the North Parking Lot and West Entrance for Aux Gym
- No spectators allowed
- Current COVID guidelines will be followed
- Mask are required to enter the building, when not actively participating and when exiting the building
