Thank you for choosing NL-S Community Education. We are always looking for new and different classes to offer the community. If you would like to share your talents through a class please feel free to contact us at 320-354-2252 ext. 2711. We'd love to hear from you!
Cancelations - If a class is canceled due to low enrollment you will be notified and a credit will be issued to your account. If you need to cancel out of a class, notification must be given 7 days prior to the start of class or before the registration deadline of the class for a credit. A credit will then be issued to your account and cancelation fees may be charged. Cancelations less than 7 days may mean a forfeited fee or service charge(minimum amount of $10 may apply). NO Refunds will be given on day class starts.
Upon registration, all participants waive and release any and all rights and claims for damage against School District #345, and the sponsoring cities and townships for any injuries suffered while attending activities sponsored by NL-S Community Education & Youth Services. Parents must take responsibility for their children's behavior as they participate in any activity. If a child is disruptive, their opportunity to participate may be forfeited with no credit for missed programming.

Adult Enrichment & Recreation |
Adult classes are for all persons 18 years of age and older and include: recreation, fitness, trips, computer classes, defensive driving, financial classes, CPR training, art/crafts, cooking and classes thru Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center.

Community Events/Information |
Here you will find a variety of upcoming community events and community information. It will include such things as Sibley State Park programs and other offerings that do not require registration.

Early Childhood |
ECFE is for ALL families of perschoolers! Ages Birth to Five Years. Classes are held at Prairie Meadows Learning Center in Spicer. Our weekly sessions are offered mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Special events are scheduled throughout the year such as field trips, dad's nights, concerts and holiday open houses. We have a parent/child library and sibling care during classes for families interested in these options. We would love you to join in our fun!

Fitness Center |
The NL-S Community Fitness Center is open to all community members on a membership basis. We welcome all ages and fitness levels to join our fitness community! Follow the link provided to see everything the NL-S Community Fitness Center has to offer!

Martial Arts |
We currently offer Tae Kwon Do in our martial arts program. TKD helps increase speed, strength, coordination and concentration as well as teach practical self-defense skills. Program is offered for youth and adult.

Payment for high school and middle school athletic(sports) and activity(fine arts) fees are now being done through the school website at www.nls.k12.mn.us under the Activity Hub.

PALS/Childcare |
Looking for a safe structured environment for your child after school? P.A.L.S. is New London-Spicer's after school and summer childcare for K-4th grade. Monthly themes, daily activities to choose from and being wih your friends=GREAT TIME! Activities are geared to excite and extend your child's interest and learning development.

Youth Enrichment & Recreation |
There are many classes available for youth of all ages. They include ACT/ATV/Snowmobile training, arts/theater/cooking, drivers education, recreation, trips/special events, U of M Extension Classes, and activities through the Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center.
