ETS Performance System-Conditioning Program (All Athletes Completing 6th-11th Grade)

The New London-Spicer Athletic Department and the NL-S Sports Boosters are proud to announce the launch of ETS Performance System in the summer of 2019.  “ETS will be the curriculum for our summer conditioning programs and our new in-season/out of season programs during the school year for all of our male and female athletes,” announced NL-S Activities Director John Vraa.  ETS has a proven track record among many Minnesota High Schools and is also the training facility/regimen for Adam Thielen and Brandon Zylstra of the Minnesota Vikings.  “Finding a program that fits NL-S and has the endorsement of Brandon
is a great combination,” added Vraa.

“It is important that all athletes and at least one parent attend the launch so we can explain the benefits of the program and how it will be administered beginning this summer.  We wanted to re-shape the culture of our training and the NL-S Sports Boosters have been a great partner in helping us find the right program,” stated Vraa.
