The New London-Spicer Athletic Department and the NL-S Sports Boosters are proud to support the ETS Performance System. “ETS will be the curriculum for our summer conditioning programs and our new in-season/out of season programs during the school year for all of our male and female athletes,” announced NL-S Activities Director John Vraa. ETS has a proven track record among many Minnesota High Schools and is also the training facility/regimen for Adam Thielen Minnesota Vikings and Brandon Zylstra of the Carolina Panthers. “Finding a program that fits NL-S and has the endorsement of Brandon
is a great combination,” added Vraa.
“It is important that all athletes and at least one parent attend the launch so we can explain the benefits of the program and how it will be administered beginning this summer. We wanted to re-shape the culture of our training and the NL-S Sports Boosters have been a great partner in helping us find the right program,” stated Vraa.
