You can also contact the Community Ed Office during regular hours to arrange an appointment to meet for fitness center tours.

Starting Monday, May 30th 2022, the Fitness Center will be staffed from 8am-10:30am during the summer.  
An appointment can be made in the afternoon if you'd like to sign up for a membership outside of staffed hours. Please call 320-354-1406 to set up an appointment.

Member Guidelines:  Bring your own water bottle, sweat towel and exercise mat if you use one.  Hydration station is also available.  Indoor Restrooms are available.  Middle School Gym access is NOT included in memberships. 
NO items can be left at the fitness center (Please take your shoes home each time),Maintain social distancing (min 6ft apart).
Use hand sanitizer upon entry, during workout as needed, and prior to leaving facility. Upon entrance, each member should pick up a disinfectant bottle and cleaning towel to use at each piece of equipment prior to and after use.  After workout, drop off bottle at marked table and deposit cleaning towel into dirty towel hamper. Recommend members go directly home to shower and wash clothing following workout. 
If a member who has visited the fitness center test positive for COVID-19 they are to contact the fitness center immediately via email to or call 320-354-1406.

Functional Interval Training

F.I.T. Functional Interval Training. Utilizes your own body weight, hand weights, stability ball, bands etc to mimic many motions that you perform daily. Cardio intervals and alternated with weight training exercises. Interval training keeps your heart rate up which translates to a boosted metabolism and a good overall workout. You will not only become stronger a but will get the added benefit of control and balance. FIT: Functional training teaches the muscles to work together rather than independently; using your core to hold your body, not relying on a machine to do it for you.

Note:  Please bring your own workout mat.
